My treatment room is located within a small group and personal training studio.
The room is separate from the workout area but we do share a reception / waiting area and locker rooms.
Metered parking is available out front. Free parking can sometimes be found on 106th Ave. The first 15 minutes for the meters are free, and then $1 an hour. If you need change, we have a dish upstairs at the the front desk.

When facing the glass building, doors on the left marked “Centre 115” is the entrance. SNT is up the stairs, straight down the hall, then to the right.
Grab a seat in the lobby and I'll come get you when I am ready.
Mens locker room is just behind the front desk (on the right), women's is towards the workout area. Please ask for a key if you'd prefer to use the private restrooms down the hall from the studio.
