Techniques include: myofascial release, muscle energy, joint play, counter strain, attachment release, trigger point release, scar work, craniosacral, visceral and more. All treatments are customized to the individual.

ABOUT ME: BC-trained 3,000 hour Registered Massage Therapist with over 11 years experience. DOMP candidate at the Canadian School of Osteopathy, Vancouver Campus (pending acceptance of research paper).

HOW I WORK: Tenille takes a therapeutic approach to her treatments and has a special interest in complex cases where other approaches may not have been successful. She works with a variety of concerns, including chronic pain, autoimmune conditions, post injury / surgical rehabilitation, women’s health and more. She treats a lot of whiplash, TMJ dysfunction and post-concussion syndrome, and enjoys working with all populations, including prenatal patients, athletes, infants and the elderly.

Tenille utilizes a number of techniques, including: general osteopathic techniques, myofascial release, craniosacral, visceral manipulation, joint play and counter strain. All treatments are customized to the individual client, based on their history and current concerns.

Always learning, Tenille’s additional education has included countless hours as a fitness, dance and yoga instructor. She has her 500 hours in therapeutic yoga training and is an experienced registered yoga teacher (E-RYT). She has been a GROOVE dance facilitator since 2012. At the end of 2023, she completed her Somatic Exercise Teacher Training and is working on completing practicum hours to teach this practice.

She recently completed training in “Psychosomatic Osteopathy” and has been studying somatics through the Embody Lab and with other leaders in that field. She has completed training in trauma-informed therapeutic relationships, understanding gender diversity and through her involvement with the Body Image Movement.
